My dog is well taken care of from the moment she arrives. The staff is very compassionate- knowing my dog is nervous going there. My veterinarian is amazing - she takes the time to explain the results of tests and what next steps should be taken. The app they use makes it convenient to set up appointments with the clinic. Overall great service and experience.

I don’t recommend this clinic because I have found another vet who’s more accommodating and really cares about my puppy. When my puppy was 16 weeks he has to get his last DAP and rabies shots. After doing a lot of research I’m convinced that I want to separate the two shots by a week, simply because I don’t want to put too much immunization on a 10 lb puppy in the same day. This clinic said even if I bring the dog back in a week I’ll have to pay another $75 examination fee. I called other vets in the area and another clinic heard my concern and said “Oh I would not do that to you, if you bring him back in a week just for the vaccine we won’t charge you another examination fee” Now you can tell who cares about you and your pet.

I haven't actually gone to this hospital yet. But I had a very nice call with their support team. I found blood in my roommate's cat's urine one late afternoon and freaked out. Seeing this hospital is still open, I decided to give them a call to see if I should bring the cat in right away. Helen picked up my call and she was so kind, caring, patient and super helpful. Although our cat doesn't have any medical records there, Helen still listened to my concerns, asked all the necessary questions and gave me helpful advice on what to do. Thank you Helen! I plan on telling my roommate the story and see if she wants to switch to this hospital. They really care about the animals.

To all the staff at Yonge Sheppard Animal Hospital - THANK YOU! To Dr Chui, you are an outstanding veterinarian. My six week old kitten was literally on the brink. She came to us with roundworms, diarrhea, vomiting, tummy pain, wasn't eat at all, and overall in trouble. Despite two attempts to help my kitty out with another vet (that was available on Saturday), no luck, kitten was still on the brink after seeing him. As soon as we could get an appointment with YSAH and let Dr Chui diagnose the issues, she's now eating and playing like a little champ - same day, I kid you not!

This place is very over priced if you compare with hospitals in Richmond hill or Scarborough. Just for annual checkup and vaccine You Will see a 300 dollar bill. I realized that because someone took my cat thinking it's a stray and redone all vaccines and the bill was less than 150. They Will also try to sell you flea treatment for 50 Which you can get for 15 similar stuff on Amazon. I strongly recommend you check out other places for pricing if you want to be careful with your money. Always ask for estimate and say no to additional procedures if you have to go there.
