Hard to find a good veterinarian clinic in Toronto !!! I have the invoices what I paid to Bayview village vet clinic I took my pet twice when I requested my dog’s medical reports who ever answer the phone gave BS EXPERIENCES!!!!! Even downsview vet clinic did the same thing when I asked my dog’s medical reports they get mad Bayview village vet clinic !!! When I told them to clip my dog’s nails they didn’t clip her nails I paid over 40$ to clip her nails!!! Their unprofessional pets owners spend big money for the service their service is horrible I wouldn’t recommend Bayview village vet clinic and downsview vet clinic!!! Downsview vet clinic harassing that my dog is a aggressive dog when ever I took my dog over to that clinic! My dog not a aggressive dog! I wouldn’t recommend this 2 vet clinic to any one if you love your pets stay away from this 2 clinic there services are horrible they just take money for their horrible services 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have had a very positive experience with BVVC and highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Marion, Dr. Honest, Anna, Michelle, and the rest of the team gave wonderful care to my dog for several years. Both veterinarians are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Many times they went above and beyond to work with me (on the opposite time zone!) to have virtual appointments. They were successful in getting the complex paperwork together to transport my dog to a different country, and their reassurances really helped during this stressful process. My mother's two cats continue to be patients of this clinic and she also praises their competency and professionalism.

We took out pup to his first visit here, with covid there is a locked door policy, but my god, it was an amazing experience! My pup was not at all scared going in or out! The staff was fantastic and took the entire appointment over the phone, being super patient and thorough! They followed up with emails back and forth to answer all our questions! Thank you ❤️

They're a great team and very compassionate and respectful. They took care of my dog for almost 12 years to the end of her life and was very respectful to my dog and myself on her last day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I have sooooooo much to say about this place but I am gonna keep it simple. 1. THEY don't care about your pets 2. They are unprofessional 3. If you don't follow what they say they are gonna make you feel extremely stupid even though your opinion/choice is not wrong. So it's their way or the highway!!! 4. They try to squeeze as much money from your pocket as possible!! Please watch out that they take huge amounts of money from you I regret spending the thousands of dollars that I did.!!! Hilarious Bayview Village Vet they refused to provide the my dogs medical report what I paid for their horrible services!!! Unprofessional to clip my dog’s nails I paid 40$ and haven’t clip my dog’s nails!!! I have the invoices what I paid to their horrible services! Downsview vet clinic was harassed my dog that she’s a aggressive dog ! My dog not a aggressive dog , and they did the same thing refusing to provide my dog medical reports but I paid…. Pet owners spend lots of money for vet clinic each time when they visit with their pet! Haven’t u forgot Bayview vet clinic doctor called I told u I’m not going to bring my dog to ur clinic hilarious now ur writing in ur review that from ur clinic no more services to my dog! Pet owners stay away from this 2 vet clinic Bayview clinic and downsview vet clinic if u love ur pets!!! Very hard to find a good vet clinic in Toronto!!! Thank god I found a better vet clinic to my dog My dog and me very happy and comfortable going to that vet clinic very friendly staffs and the doctor’s Rexdale animal hospital is the best hospital for ur pets!!!

The clinic is very educated and thorough, although they don't allow patients in, our cat was very well taken care of!
