Dr. Patel and his staff are the best in town! They're always helpful, reasonably priced, and they are always great about explaining or answering any questions or requests for clarification. You can tell that they're genuine animal lovers and really care about the patient doctor relationship. I highly recommend them!

Have brought my cats there for several years and they have always been amazing.

We were referred by family friends who have taken their cats to the Watford location for years. We first had our dog spayed here as a puppy, and 8 years later we found out she had a mast cell tumour. Dr. Pitel did a fabulous job at presenting both the pros and cons to having it removed and all the complications that may occur. We never felt pressured or influenced in making our choice, he just simply gave us the facts. We decided to go ahead with the fairly major surgery, and not only was the price more than reasonable, they provided over the top care. You can really tell they care for the animals they treat. After the surgery, they did a great job at communicating all the steps to her healing process, and we couldn’t be happier with our outcome! (I would post photos of her progress if possible) I would highly recommend seeing this vet (particularly Dr. Pitel).

This clinic is amazing! Neutering is cheap, vaccinations are cheap and they genuinely care about your animal! They followed up and didnt charge us for extra care because my pup got really sick after his neuter (reaction to the medications post op) and they covered all costs and even called me every few hours to check in on him!
