Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding with Peyton. We so much appreciate it. Everyone made us feel comfortable and explained everything. Should we have to bring him to the doctor it will most definitely be with you. Thank you again.

My kitten of 5 weeks fractured its elbow. After all was said and done they had to put a cast on her which was bigger than her body so I had some concern with her movements and whether she was gonna be okay and when the vet WHOM OWNS THIS AND I PAID 240$ TOO, came back out to me he didn’t make eye contact and had a attitude “you had a question” and have you know I’m crying concerned and this vet is the one who owns the place. Staff is fine but the vet doesn’t deserve your money he acts like he cares before you pay them then it changes.

I wanted to love this place, all of the times I’ve gone there through rescue have been positive. I set up an appointment today with 3 stray puppies and the doctor never even acknowledged I was there. I paid $50 for an office call to have a technician do exams and vaccines. I’ve worked at a vet for 15 years, this is not how things should be done period! I technically could have gone to tractor supply and bought my own vaccines. I was concerned with allergies and their skin which was never acknowledged even after I mentioned it a few times. Live and learn I guess. It’s a shame my favorite vet closed early today, I should have just waited.

My dog had an emergency on a Sunday when our local vet was closed, my dog ended up being there for a week with pancreatitis and Dr. Zaffer was wonderful. Dr. Zaffer and his staff were extremely nice and took great care of our baby. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Took my daughter's cat in today. Everyone was really nice. Dr. Zaffar was friendly and very informative. Levi is home now and hopefully on the mend thanks to all the kind people here.
