I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The doctors, technicians and receptionists are exceptional both in their care for the patients and in their interaction with owners. Two of our Dachshunds had to have disc surgery this summer on an emergent basis, one over the 4th of July holiday. The doctors and staff at Dogwood were so kind and accommodating, they went above any beyond to help us during a very stressful time. They took wonderful care of both of our beloved dogs and they took the time to call us everyday with their progress during recovery in hospital. You cannot find more a more capable and caring group of people for your pet's neurology needs.

I had a great experience with Dogwood today. Their office is easy to find, they have a large parking lot. There have really cute fire hydrants outside of their door for any dogs who need to relieve themselves prior to entering the building. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming, they have a large, clean waiting room. The veterinarian, Dr. Holahan was very kind and gentle when examining my dog. He also explained his thought process clearly about what is to be expected through diagnosis and treatment. My total wait time was around 15 minutes and my total time in the office was 45 minutes. All around, great experience and customer service - I will return should I need any similar services in the future.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take on some of the hardest and most urgent cases here without complete chaos. The therapy is wonderful as well!

We took our Great Dane to Dr. Galle to see if spinal surgery for his Wobblers syndrome was an option for us. Dr. Galle was amazing. He walked around outside with us to see Leo's gait and spent about 45 minutes with us explaining details. I also appreciate that he was very honest with us about surgery not being option for our dog. I would recommend him to anyone who has a dog with a neurological disorder.
