This is the best place in the London and surrounding area to take your animals. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. All the vets are of the highest quality. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet.

We were able to get an emergency appointment for our hamster, and they did a very thorough exam. Our hamster is going to be okay thanks to them!

Good clinic. They see rabbits and have a few different vets that treat bunnies including the owner who is also a small animal surgeon not just a regular vet. My guys usually see Dr. Renata Sedlakova who is knowledgeable and compassionate. She remembers her patients and cares about them. I have been very happy with their treatment of my senior rabbit who requires ongoing care.

We've taken our cats here for 20+ years and I've never been treated so badly by this new office staff. The secretary, Stephanie, has to be the most uncaring, rudest person I've ever met. Instead of offering help, she was unkind, combative and cruel. Renata and Laura are great - the rest are NOT animal lovers. I'll NEVER go back there. If you have an emergency, don't go there if you love your animals.
