Dr. Grein has gone way beyond what one would expect of a veterinarian to help us with our two cats and one dog. She is personable, approachable, understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. She has been available after hours on multiple occasions. Dr Grein has handled complex situations and routine ones. We have complete trust in her and appreciate her clear, straightforward explanations. She is truthful and supportive. Her prices are very reasonable.

Best vet we have ever had, caring, compassionate, and respectful to everyone one. She has always had the right options for our dogs, without suggesting exploratory procedures or drugs. We don't know if our 15 year old lab, would be with us if we didn't have her say, it's not his time yet after he had a stroke. With her advice and lots of love that dog is still running like a pup 2 years later. We are grateful to have Meliane as part of our pet care family.

Mealnie and Eileen are both awesome people who really care about your pets. I find she will do all she can before it starts to cost a lot of money too. We have been bringing our pets to her for what must be close to 25 years now.

Possibly the worst vet I have interacted with. we called around 530 with an very time sensitive emergency. we were met with hostility and disdain because we weren't a past client. Melanie had no interest in helping and seemed to rush us off the phone as if to say it wasn't her problem. look else where for quality care because you will NOT find it here.

Ten stars if allowed!! Absolute Best anyone could ask for. Took our call at 9:30 pm and even after a long.full day had us bring in Max with, what turned out to be a digestive blockage. Took X-rays and iv that night, had Eileen in early and surgery first thing next morning before regular appointments. Wife allowed to observe from afar and was very, very impressed with Melanie's experienced surgical skills. Always been extremely happy and satisfied with her and staff as our regular vet but this was just way over the top. Max on the mend and so thankful she was concerned enough to bring him in that night for assessment. He was very dehydrated and in pain and with the iv that night, when things did not improve by morning, he was ready for surgery first thing. All and all , with quick action, damage and discomfort minimal and a faster recovery all around. Just cannot thank her and her staff enough. al woodward

Melanie Grein and her office manager Eileen Elvidge are just amazing people. Sam doesn't really like the Vets, but we had the best visit ever! Thanks so much. Jennifer, Bill & Sam
