I've brought my cat here 2x and was very pleased with each visit. My cat was seen by Dr. Graham and 1 other veterinarian. They were both really fantastic and wanted to help my cat as best they could while educating me as an owner. The technicians are also very skilled and compassionate. The staff's love for animals and their experience showed in how they treated my cat . I could not ask for better experiences and will be returning.

Patterson took great care of my two cats and dog. One of my cats had a reaction to a vaccination and they handled it wonderfully. They also gave her preventative Benedryl before her shots later on and she never had an issue again. The vet is very knowledgeable and I felt the prices were extremely reasonable. We had to put our dog down and they were extremely understanding and gave us time with him. They explained the entire process and gave us time with him after. They also sent us a really nice card after. It was really hard, but they made the situation much easier on us.

Left the city years ago and this is where we took our dog. While I was very happy the drive was just to much. After a encounter with another vet we are back I will take the drive time to go somewhere I trust to care for my dog.

I have 2 cats and take them both here! I love the service, the very cool building, and the location. I think they take great care of cats, I've been going for a few years now. Thanks Patterson's!

Saying goodbye to my cat, Cinci, was one of the hardest things I have done. She was my best friend's cat, Jim, who passed away from esophageal cancer the year before. She loved him for 16 yrs! Cinci and I mourned Jim together and soon, Cinci began to love me. When I looked at her, I saw Jim.  Soon, she became ill and was in pain. The night before her vet appointment, she lay in my arms, much like a baby, and purred contently. This was unusual behavior for her. She stared into my eyes, directly into my soul, trying to give me peace. She knew it was time, but I wasn't ready to part with her. Still, I knew I had to take Cinci to see our trusted veterinarian, Dr. Glynes Graham, of Patterson Dog and Cat Hospital. Dr. Glynes Graham had been treating Cinci since she was kitten, nearly 18 yrs ago. After a thorough exam, Dr. Glynes Graham found that Cinci had masses with free fluid on her liver and spleen. She was also anemic and dehydrated. She was in pain and not herself. Even though I knew this day was coming, I still felt like I was hit by a truck when I had to make the final decision to sign the papers to put Cinci to sleep. It was really the only decision a loving pet owner could do. Dr. Glynes Graham and the rest of the staff of Patterson were incredibly patient with me. They took great care of Cinci in her final moments. Cinci slipped into a peaceful sleep. She was surrounded by love. I spent time with Cinci after she passed and wished her well on her voyage back to Jim. My tears fell upon her sweet head as I kissed her one last time and covered her lifeless body with her favorite pink paw print blanket. The whole staff was caring, professional and compassionate. They gave me all the time I needed to make a difficult decision and to sit with Cinici before and after to help give me closure. They did everything to make the sad passing of Cinci as peaceful and comforting as possible.
