Loved the vaccination experience we had with all of the staff here at the Michigan Humane Society. They were extremely professional, highly attentive, and very friendly. We will be back in a few weeks with our Doberman for a medical procedure and lab work. Great place for veterinary care💗

I have been trying for three days to get my new kittens in their vet because I’m worried they have upper respiratory infection. They won’t take in consideration that I work and my boss won’t let me come in late or leave early. Their is no available appointments for my day off. The humane Society is the ones that told me the day that I got them (which we also thought they had worms and they said to bring the poop in and they would test it and if they have worms they would give us medicine) that they had one free vet visit. But I can’t even get them in for that!!!

The staff was all warm and friendly, and was able to accommodate me being in a bit of a rush due to a recently-scheduled work thing (I couldn't afford to be running much behind schedule). The vet tech was knowledgeable and clearly experienced and very good with my cat, and the vet was very good with the exam and treatment plan. Both of them were very kind and caring with my nervous little kitty. The new building is clean and bright, too. I had a great experience with them, as I have always had in the past, too; to be honest, I wish my own doctor was half this good.

Adopted my puppy from the Michigan humane society in Westland , overall great adoption! He has visited this location three times for shots, microchip, and neutering. All were extremely great visits!
