I came in with my cat with an emergency. We were greeted at the door and my cat was taken right away and helped. The vet rosemary was very kind, respectful and honest. She explained everything to me every step of the way and was very calm and was able to help me get through this. The other ladies working there are very nice as well and also treated me well. I was not able to pay the whole bill but they were amazing enough to help me and give me options. They didn’t demand extra things to make money or make it all about business. They were there for my cat and made that the priority from the beginning. I couldn’t afford to keep her overnight but they set me up with resources to get through the night and what to do for next steps.

Severely Dissatisfied with the services provided. I was seeking assistance for my sick feline and after paying for the initial consult (which also held errors in simple anatomy - which should have been a red flag) as well as the fees to administer the service I am left in the same situation as the "treatment" was unsuccessful. After follow up the Staff refused to assist without additional expense. Save your time and money and look for an alternative that will help your sick animal.

My dog was treated with great care and I appreciate the clear communication of the doctor and assistants.

I highly recommend this place. Very pleased with every single staff member over the last 2 days. Any questions or concerns I had they answered without any hesitation. They were all very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge when answering my questions. My concerns were attended to promptly. I spent some time with my dog in the back during his stay. They maintain a very clean working environment. They took great care of all the animals that were there. Everyone came across very caring and friendly towards myself and the all the pets there. A couple of things that stood out for me... my dog was a little shaky. I told one of the techs. She checked his temp right away. It was a little low. She gave him a blanket warm him up. The other, when I first got there my dog was in pain(he just had surgery at my regular vet about 2hrs before and was being transferred to them for overnight care). I told the lady at the desk. Instead of talking to me about money first they got my dog out of the car and brought him in the back to check him out. Then we sat down to talk about money. They put the pet first here. That's something you don't see at a lot of places anymore. I truly appreciated them doing that. Again the best clinic overall I've ever taken my dog to.

I brought my very sick pet to the hospital . They did only the necessary tests and did everything to make my budget work in the emergency situation. Prices were substantially lower than other vets had quoted. All the staff were so compassionate and the vet Dr Wong went above and beyond showing the ultimate in kindness . Even tho my pet passed I was treated very well. They help your pet before worrying about payment. If u want the best medical treatment in a state of the art facility and compassionate care visit this clinic.
