Everyone working here is so nice and they don't push you to buy extra services/medicine. My dog is pretty antsy and hyper but they didn't seem annoyed or mad about it at all (like other animal hospitals I've been to). Really recommend this place! EDIT: Still a lovely place! Brought our cat in for some vaccines and they absolutely adore animals and are very gentle and let you know everything about pricing and options and don’t surprise you with sudden charges.

We’ve taken our dog here several times over the past few months and the care has been good. However the wait times are completely unacceptable. Every visit we have had to wait over 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, even when it is just to see a technician (no vet). We will be searching for a new clinic that can provide great care and that will also value our time.

I brought my cat here for an emergency appointment as my vet was closed. They accommodated me with a same day appointment. All staff were friendly and caring and I felt my cat was in really good hands. After some IV fluids and medication she was back to herself within a couple of days! I would continue to come to this clinic if it wasn't so far from me!

So happy I started coming to Bloor Animal Hospital! I chose to bring my dog here after a terrible, cold experience at another vet office. Here the receptionists, nurses, and vets are always been happy, caring, and display an amazing capacity of compassion. I've seen multiple doctors here and they all treat my dog as if it were their own. Their offices are clean and neat, too. They helped my first dog through his end of life care, and now I'm bring my new dog here. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Provides thorough and compassionate care. Convenient opening times, able to get an appointment with little wait time. Staff make follow up calls to check on progress or wellbeing of my cat after appointments when appropriate
