I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for this clinic. We came to them in a moment of desperation. Our tiny puppy had been attacked, and blinded. Every other vet, had told us to take out her eyes and given us the worst prognosis imaginable. She had to have surgery to have her eyes placed back into the sockets and her eyes sutured shut. up until this point, we had been treated with limited compassion and zero optimism. Marina literally cried with me on the phone The first moment I reached out and assured me that this clinic would do everything in their power to bring back our puppy’s sight. It was exactly what we needed to hear to keep us going. She was picked up this morning and examined by who we feel is the best ophthalmologist in this city. Because this clinic believed in whimsy, we didn’t go forward with taking out the eyes, and their second opinion saved her. This morning we were informed by them that she can see and her eyes are perfect once again! We have never been so joyful in our entire lives and we owe it all to this clinic and the amazing people working there and for Marina giving us such a beautiful warm welcome. The doctors here are fantastic and we would recommend them to anyone. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for playing their part in this miracle

After seeing several regular vets I was referred to Toronto Animal Eye Clinic and had a very positive experience! They were able to squeeze me in. When I saw them, I was feeling hopeless and expecting the worst--we didn't know what was wrong with my dog Valentine's eyes. Dr. Strong was able to diagnose her and prescribe her medication that worked--it was such a relief! I felt he was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He was able to get her eyes to a point where they were comfortable again and stable. The entire staff I interacted with were also kind, thorough, and efficient. They answered all my questions and I truly appreciate all of their help. The only small hiccup I had was a big storm had knocked out the electricity and messed up their phone lines so they didn't get the prescription refill I called in (not their fault). If you don't hear back within 24-48 hours reach out to them as they would typically have responded by then. I'm from the states and ended up staying in Canada so Valentine could see Dr. Strong for all her follow up appointments and I'm really glad I did. I highly recommend getting an appointment with them ASAP if your pup is having any issues (I wish I had gone sooner, also vet referral needed). I am so grateful to the entire team at Toronto Animal Eye Clinic--thank you so much!

Dr. Strong was amazing, very kind hearted and reassuring. Our dog is the love of our lives, and he knew and treated us with so much respect, kindness, and patience. We feel very grateful for his help and that he was our dog's doctor. We are almost 1 year post-operation and we are happy with the results and feel that Dr. Strong did everything in his power to take care of our dog's eyes. We also loved the care and concern Dr. Strong's administrative staff helped us with any concerns or questions along the way-- we called and emailed almost everyday at one point, and they were always so kind, patient, helpful, and understanding. Thank you so much :)

Care and concern have been fully given to both my cats and myself. I fully recommend Toronto Animal Eye Clinic for ensuring a smooth transition into your pet’s wellness. Finn cat is recovering from Corneal sequestrum. Operation was successful and he’s healing well. With the knowledge the clinic provided I detected a new issue with his sister Bria. Rushed her to the clinic without notice and they calmly helped us and was able to treat her ulcer with medication and prevented an operation.
