Go to stcatharinesanimalhospital.com to read about how veterinarian Bassem Boctor and his st Catharines Animal Hospital misdiagnosed our dog, and would not wait 25 minutes to get paid to tend to her medical emergency needs. This is the classic tale of greed and selfishness and not about supposed veterinarian Bassem Boctor on his St Catharines Animal Hospital concern for people's pets!

We had with out a doubt the best experience with a vet ever. You were so accommodating and friendly. We had Molly spayed and brought up to date with her vaccines. You made time to do her surgery the same day and she is now healing up at home. Thank you Dr Sam!! And thank you to all your staff, you made us feel at ease. Will recommend your clinic to our friends and family.

Awesome people here! They love my dogs almost as much as I do. They’ve always been good to my dogs, they’ve always been good to me, the prices are always more than fair, they always answer my questions and concerns. Very caring people here. They love the animals and it shows. The staff here is very kind and compassionate.

Excellent and friendly service. We recently brought our elderly dog for a check-up and the staff and the doctor were really helpful and friendly. Our dog has some ongoing health issues and the staff answered all of our questions and concerns. We are new to the area and we'll definitely be returning for our dog's regular check-ups. Thanks.

We brought our dog Jack here and I must say from the time we walked in the door and finished our appointment I was very impressed with the service that was provided to us. Jack has separation anxiety and the staff was patient with us knowing what he suffers from. He also has aggression towards other dogs they also worked around that and made time for us to be seen with very few dogs in office to make our appointment go smoothly. The vet himself was amazing and didn't push to have unnecessary stuff done to Jack and took his time to explain stuff to us as well as listen to us tell him about Jack. I don't think I will visit another vet office after our visit I think we found a vet for our animals for as long as they are with us. Thanks to St Catharines Animal Hospital from us and Jack woof woof from Jack he gives you guys two paws up. Keep up the amazing work

We had to say our final goodbyes to our beloved dog Chloe after a brutal battle with cancer. I asked Dr Boctor (who is not our vet) to come to our home to perform the difficult task of letting her go. He and his peer showed us nothing but class, compassion and empathy. I'm so thankful for their kind words and actions, it can't be an easy job. Well done Dr and staff.
