This review is regarding today's visit only. The vets are fine here normally. Today I waited 45 minutes to pick up medicine that they called me to pick up, saying it was ready yesterday. 45 minutes, to pick up medicine BE said was ready the day before. Absolutely unorganized and I hope this is not a reflection on their overall aptitude.

Amazing friendly staff. Highly recommend taking your pets here for a set of staff that actually care about the well-being of your pets. It's not just a job for these people, it's a passion. Very informative, they walk you through everything along the way. They also offer doggy daycare and can get you setup with pet insurance if you so desire!

“The staff, from the first phone call to make the appointment, all the way through to seeing the doctor and even including the cashier, were all very welcoming, courteous and efficient. Dr Kristan Mahoney has been our fur babies Dr for many years and we just can't say enough great things about her. Her knowledge and her caring personality are evident each and every time we go there and she has been able to make some very stressful and heart wrenching visits easier to handle just by being who she is. Just, please keep up the great work you all are doing!”

Brody was treated so well At Brighton-Eggert. We could see how happy he was when we came to pick him up and he was playing happily with other dogs. The staff gave him the highest grades on his report card and we appreciate the great care. Extremely satisfied! We will definitely bring Brody to Brighton-Eggert again.

“The Daycare and Boarding are wonderful. You separate the dogs based on energy level rather than just size. I thinks this works great. All of the "dog watchers" not only seem to love their job but take their job seriously. This shows in how my pet enjoys his time their. Everyone is kind and courteous. Everything is clean! You offer different sized kennels which makes the pet's stay easier. Thank you so much for being here for us!”
