I'm on the wellness plan for my puppy and the forms tell me one thing, and the staff tells me another. (doesn't clearly state how many medications you get, etc.)
My puppy had fleas and was on a flea medication, and we called to ask the staff how to bathe him while on the medication. Someone on the phone told me to bathe him in Dawn soap to get rid of the fleas 24h after we apply the meds. We went in for an appointment after we saw the fleas weren't leaving, and the vet told us not to do that because it takes off the flea medication? We essentially lost 2 months of our 4 month flea medication because some staff member told us wrong information. All the vet said was, "thats weird."
The staff just doesn't seem to care about my dog. We had a lot of questions about things we were concerned about with our pup, and they ignored them, or told us to "just wait and see", or "I'm not sure what to tell you."
When we have appointments and are on time, we're still sitting and waiting half an hour for a vet.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this vet and do NOT recommend them. Even though we're on a plan with them, we go to a different vet for proper advice.
