If my dog hadn't been going there since he was a pup...I would go somewhere else; actually I still might once I find more pet insurance. Everytime I call or go there the staff is never organized including the vet. My file is always getting mixed up with the Orchard Park location...we haven't been there since 05! November 2017 the vet said my dogs heart mummer had gotten louder and referred him to a specialist for an echocardiogram. Welp, $600.00 Valentino is fine! Of course, better safe than sorry but geez! I called today to schedule his comprehensive exam...and Banfield had no record of the echo exam!!! They said they would call the specialist to get the results. My concern, the vet at Banfield and I had an in depth discussion about the testing results and now its lost/not documented?!?! If you're not to deep, I recommend another pet hospital! #FedUp!

I'm on the wellness plan for my puppy and the forms tell me one thing, and the staff tells me another. (doesn't clearly state how many medications you get, etc.) My puppy had fleas and was on a flea medication, and we called to ask the staff how to bathe him while on the medication. Someone on the phone told me to bathe him in Dawn soap to get rid of the fleas 24h after we apply the meds. We went in for an appointment after we saw the fleas weren't leaving, and the vet told us not to do that because it takes off the flea medication? We essentially lost 2 months of our 4 month flea medication because some staff member told us wrong information. All the vet said was, "thats weird." The staff just doesn't seem to care about my dog. We had a lot of questions about things we were concerned about with our pup, and they ignored them, or told us to "just wait and see", or "I'm not sure what to tell you." When we have appointments and are on time, we're still sitting and waiting half an hour for a vet. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this vet and do NOT recommend them. Even though we're on a plan with them, we go to a different vet for proper advice.

Absolutely horrible. Waited scheduled appointment almost an hour. My cat wasn't diagnosed so I just waisted my time and money. Second appointment I scheduled in the end of December for February 1st. So I don't think that my cat going to survive. I had another appointment to professional clinic and my cat has cancer 😢. She is dieing. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Find real professionals

I have been using Banfield for over 3 years with my pets (2 different dogs and a cat) and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors and intake staff. Highly recommend.
