Recently I lost my Baby Bubbles due to cancer 6/26/18 but the staff has always been there first class. They really care and are compassionate. I will always thank you for all they have done regardless. Yes prices are high but was worth it. Thank you for taking care of Bubbles all these years. I am sure he appreciated it. Thank you again.

Doctor Ashman and the rest of the staff did a splendid job with our cat. Jupiter wasn't the easiest patient, and we provided misleading information, and Doctor Ashman did very well regardless. Northtown called as needed to update us on progress. Sunday afternoon, 3 AM on Monday, whatever it took. Our cat seemed to bounce back quickly from surgery. As others have noted, they charge top dollar to have a vet available on off hours. They give an estimate before performing work, but know going in they are pricey.

They are super friendly and helpful. You definitely can count on AAA+ service but it does cost a pile of loot. But when it comes to a member of the family it is what it is. They saved my cats life. THANK YOU SO MUCH LOVE Mr. Bella😻😻😻😻

My poor kitty, Max, has had two trips to the emergency room. In December, he had a scratched cornea (on a Saturday afternoon) and so he had to go to an emergency vet! This was the only place I could find, but I really lucked out with the quality of this place. They saw him right away, and less than $200 later, I had medicine for him, they'd flushed his eye, and we were on our way. The two weekends ago, he had a urinary blockage (on a Sunday, of course) so back we go to the emergency room. I called ahead, and the second I walked through the door, they took him back to try to unblock him. I was able to call and check in or go visit any time, the vet called me consistently to give me updates, and everyone was understanding, kind, and friendly. Sadly he had to stay with them for almost a week, but after a few minor complications, he's back home and happy! Between two catheterizations, many different medications, x-rays, urinary analysis, take-home prescriptions and food, and a week of boarding came in at just shy of $1900, which was much less than I expected. Great experience, quality staff, couldn't have asked for better. They made a terrible experience tolerable and took great care of my baby!

The people her are so nice and very helpful. They took real good care of my pregnant dog. Offered me coffee since I have been there so long. Would recommend them to everyone I know who loves the four lagged babies
