Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both Dr Adams and Dr Otterson have been so helpful with helping pinpoint my adopted cat’s ongoing issues to a point that he is well managed at home and doesn’t need such frequent visits at home. Them and the other vet staff here make the experience so much easier on both myself and my cat. Compared to other veterinary practices in the Buffalo area, they might not have the best prices, but I still highly recommend this establishment.

Stellar. I'd not take our cats elsewhere. They caught one cats illness when another didn't, then helped with palliative care and were incredibly sympathetic and there for us when she had to be put down some time later. With the other two cats we've had, including one that is a rather vicious (toward vets) rescue, they're incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. Every one of the staff and doctors loves cats, and they're at the top of the game with diagnosis and treatment. (Side notes: one staff member sent us a card on her own, apart from the practice, because she had met and liked our cat. A doctor stopped the exam at one point to play for a moment with a kitten we'd adopted, trailing off for a minute before apologizing and saying "I just love them." That's the whole spirit of the place.)

A very caring staff, highly recommended. No dogs on site helps a lot. Dr Adams is the best!

Friendly, caring staff. They even do follow-up calls about your cherished cat. Lots of funny cat-related books and magazines and cat supplies, like vet-recommended cat food.
