The best thing about this Hospital is the compassion they have for animals/family. My son's dog Roxy was dying and in so much pain from breast cancer, having to put her to sleep was the hardest thing for us to do as it was the last link to him, he died 7 yrs ago in a collision with his gf and their baby.. I will never forget the compassion Dr Bruce had not only for our dog but for my family.. I have 2 of her puppies and they will be going to see Dr Bruce for now on.. Thank you so much Dr Bruce and staff!! You all Rock!! The Ouellet Family Xo

As a first time dog owner I have been very happy with the service and care they provide for my pup.

Make sure to see the updates! Very upset that our appointment time was not clearly stated. Called early in the week and was advised earliest appointment was Thursday. Upon arrival a few days later was told no next Thursday then was told could get us in at 2pm. If this was the case why did you not just book us in at 2 pm a few days earlier and not say earliest was the following week. Update: The office did call my wife back to apologize and smooth things out. We now have a return appointment booked. Will update as to satisfaction. I don't normally do these "reviews" but this really upset me. Update 2: We did get into see the doctor as promosed on Saturday. She was very pleasent and courtious. Overall they did a big turnaraound and I appreciate that they took my dogs needs as important along with our time too. Once again I don't normally review things but glad to see they are willing to make up for it.

I took a friend to have his cat put down. Very friendly staff. I like that there are seperate waiting rooms for dogs and cats & smaller animals.
