Dr. Tallon and Dr Durfy are both so great with our cats. They are caring and take the time to build a rapport. If I put the carrier out, the cats jump right in. They know they get to go visit their buddies at Highview.

i had used Highview for 19 years combined for 2 of my dogs, this past summer my 9 year old shitzu got massive lumps in her neck and then she couldn’t breathe I phoned them and told them and they said we can fit you in in 3 weeks I took her to northwestern for an emergency and she was diagnosed with lymphoma they drained her lumps and she was able to breathe, she died this past November peacefully at home, but I immediately had her records transferred to northwestern. Now I have a new puppy and I use Northwestern. I’ll tell everyone I can to stay away from Highview, when it is a life threatening emergency they don’t care at all. It’s odd I had to go somewhere where my dog was never a patient to get medical care. 😢😢

Great Vetranarians, very caring and understanding. Would recommend anyone to take their pets here. Mindy Bartlett

I've never had worse service in my life, if I could give zero stars I would. I took my dog in at 9:20am and only just got him at 3:50pm almost 4 hours after the vet had left. They did not call me like they said they would, after waiting 6 hours not wanting to start anything my mom called to see what was going on, thinking that something bad had happened. They had no idea what she was talking about. When I got there to pick him up, they lied straight to my face, they told me the cell number I left was disconnected, which yes you could argue that they may have wrote it down wrong but they said that they didn't have it at the desk when the vet said she was going to add it to his file before we left this morning. The lie become undeniable when they said they left a message on the home phone which is my mom's cell on the file, I called her as soon as I got home and she has no calls or messages from highview. Not only did they not call us but I believe they completely neglected my dog, he got home and proceeded to drink a lot of water and eat a fair amount of food, I'm convinced they completely forgot about my dog all together. I've never felt so angry leaving an animal clinic before. I also feel sick thinking about how many other animals they may have done this too. They have lost 4 pets of clients today and I plan on telling everyone I know to not go to this clinic.
