I won’t take my animals anywhere else except crossroads. They are so passionate caring and they care about you and your animals. I had to put my cat Indy down after having her for 18 years. They were so caring and told me straight out I could do nothing for her. And they were so good with our dog jack when he got sick also. When he was a puppy. Great staff and great vets. Love them all.

Just recently moved to Thunder Bay from the GTA. We had our dog booked in at the kennel for 3 days as both myself and my girlfriend were going to be away for work. We realized the day before that our previous vet had not given her a specific vaccine needed to be admissible to the kennel, so we were in a mad panic to find a new vet last minute to administer the required vaccine. Called every other vet in the city and was either turned down or laughed away because everyone was unable to schedule an appointment for at least 2 weeks. Called Crossroads just before closing on a Thursday and had an appointment booked Friday morning. Great facility, and very pleasant and professional staff, that was more than happy to book our dog in and take her on as a new patient. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a happy dog. Looking forward to our next visit at our new vet! Well worth the 20 minute drive out of the city!

Dr Matt (who used to work for Dr Dan in Slate River) has been amazing & gone above and beyond for our Bella - our boxer who is 12 1/2 years old). She is treated with respect and love.... I have, & will, recommend Dr Matt to all my friends/family with pets. Can't say enough about the care he has given.🐾🐶👍

Very professional and care about your pets. They are always prompt and efficient but yet friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My dog spent 2 nights at Crossroads because she was critically ill from ingesting poison. It was not looking good but Dr. Legge and the staff helped save her life. Detailed instructions were provided when we picked up our girl along with the special food and medication. Money was not an issue when it comes to my dogs and when I received my bill I was surprised to see how reasonably priced for the services and medications that was provided. Thank You Dr Legge and all staff for the exceptional service you provided. Priya is doing well and looks to be improving every day.
