...they're a freaking SPCA shelter, what do you expect from a review? To find out they're all jerks and mean people? Happily donate what I can to these folk, the animals have top notch care, and they make the place as welcome as it can be for being built into an old shipping and receiving bay. Just remember before you go buying a dog or a cat from a breeder, there's plenty of both here that could use your love and will be your best friends for life.

Came here with my boyfriend to get a kitten, ended up being questioned if “ I could even afford a cat” after telling the lady I already owned a cat and wanted to get my other cat a companion. I was even asked if my mom and dad would be okay with the cat. We live on our own and pay our bills. We both thought the service of this place was absolutely ridcious and rude after we waited more than 2 and a half hours AFTER signing paper work and 3 other couples came after us, and left before us without an issue..we had to wait for the manager... at that point I’m sorry but we felt so offended we left and got ourselves a free kitten instead. This place was an awful experience.

I got my cat from here. They take good care of the animals and really care about each and every one that comes through their doors.

Got the best cat in the world from this store! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Adopted an SPCA cat from Petsmart recently. The cooling off period you get from the moment you chose to commit to an animal at the store and the drive to College Boreal where they are located to do paperwork, is an excellent idea. Less chance of impulse adoptions.
