We first started going to the "Dr. Wilson" group of veterinary clinics up in Romeo and Dryden. I was so relieved when we had to move back down to the suburbs to be closer to my parents and there was yet another one of the wonderful "Wilson" clinics near us. The Sterling Heights clinic. These clinics will always hold a special place in my heart. They have saved several of my dogs ranging from treating seizures to attacks by other dogs. I was scared to death the first time I had to euthinize my dog. They made a horrific experience as comfortable to my family and I as possible. They saved my beagle on 2 occasions. The first she was mauled by a neighbor dog and the second was after she had seizures for about an hour and a half. The prices are the best I have encountered not only in MI, but compared to other states as well Thank you to all the doctors and staff ranging from the receptionists to the veterinary assistants. Keep up the high quality, compassionate care you have been delivering for so many years. Our family greatly appreciates each and every one of you!!!!!!

Excellent animal clinic went way out of the way to comfort us when we had to have our 13 year old German shepherd mix euthanized. They really comforted our dog and made it feel like they truly cared. I would really recommend this animal clinic and all the staff that works there truly a 5 star and beyond

I have been taking my Yorkie's to Animal Clinic Of Sterling heights for over 20 years now. Great experience with each visit. Everyone is caring and always professional. My Yorkie Max recently required surgery. I really appreciated them calling me with how the surgery went and a follow up call the next day to see how Max was doing. They have always been consistent providing 5 star treatment with each visit. I would not consider going to anyone else. GREAT JOB!!!

The staff is superb. Always very helpful, kind and go the extra mile to assist you. A young lady by the name of Lisa always goes over and beyond expectations. Takes the time to assist you and your furry four legged family member. The medical staff is awesome. They take the time to explain what is ailing your pet and what needs to be done to correct it. The entire staff is dedicated to the welfare and well being of your pet. I would highly recommend Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights to everyone.

The staff always puts me on hold for more than ten minutes every time I call, they are never friendly, never seem to remember when I call ahead to get my dog’s prescription filled (and seem to get flustered when I ask about it the day of), and do not keep up with the visits that occur at their sister location in Romeo. They double performed and therefore double charged me for things my dog already received a couple months ago, and when I ask questions and try to figure out why, I’m talked to like I don’t know what’s going on with my own animal. I’ve wasted too much time and money at this clinic. I only take my dog to this Sterling Heights location when I have no other choice, because it’s down the street from my house. The majority of the time we make the 40 minute drive to the Romeo location to have our dog treated. The competence, friendliness, and timeliness are STRIKINGLY better and worth the hike. I’m disappointed every time I leave the Sterling Heights clinic. Their good qualities include the cleanliness and technician availability, when I can finally speak to someone on the phone. Update: my husband went in for Front Line Plus and they sold him Gold. He made a point to assure me he asked for Plus because that’s what we agreed upon for our dog. Obviously not a huge deal but really?? They can’t even get that right....
