I love this animal hospital. The staff are warm and friendly. The doctors take the time to explain their diagnosis and treatment of my pets. They call and follow up with me when I have questions. I feel my pets are getting loving care.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and reasonable wait times. I take my exotics to Dr Grwnowski who is a great vet. I really respect the fact that he takes an interest in solving complex problems and that even with all his experience he still has a lot of curiosity about science and the natural world.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO CANTON CENTER ANIMAL HOSPITAL! An overweight, bleached blonde, female technician let my dog run away & could not be found for 7.5 hours. All this employee could say when we searched for her were curse words. That doesn't appear to be very professional. In the past, they never had problems with picking my large dog up & carrying her into the building. I can not do this, because I recently had brain surgery & I have seizures. I was told by this technician 3 days later on the phone that they could no longer do that. If a disabled, ederly person had to take their large dog to this Vet & couldn't get them out of their vehicle, it appears the pet would be denied care & would have to suffer instead. Veterinarians take an Oath to care for our animals & it turns out the Veterinarians at this facility are not living up to the Oath they took. Thankfully my dog was found by caring, loving residents in the area the same day & only ONE person picked up my dog for me & put her in my vehicle. I wouldn't even give this facility 1 star, but you have to rate them to continue. I should also mention that a family member had gone into the office to ask for assistance & 2 technicians we're standing behind the front desk doing NOTHING, but it took those 2 technicians approximately 10 minutes to come outside & assist. What in the heck took these 2 IDIOTS so long to come outside when they were just standing there doing nothing. Thank you CANTON CENTER ANIMAL HOSPITAL for making my dog suffer now with her chronic Anal Gland problem & the lump under her eye. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!

I am now a client at CCAH. I am surprised to read the review about "Gabby". I know these Drs on a very personal level, I worked with them as a tech for almost 21 years. I've seen the "behind" the scenes compassion, care. I remember a Dr with tears in his eyes trying to give mouth to mouth resuscitation to an enemic flea infested tiny kitten...yes he saved it. That's just ONE small story. People go into this field because they love animals, they're good, honest caring people.

The entire staff at Canton Center animal hospital is great. I always feel comfortable bringing my dog to see them when she needs to visit the veterinarian. Any new pet owner really needs to visit the Canton Center Animal Hospital
