I love this vet. Excellent staff and doctors. Clean, great communication. My baby is always in good hands there. Thank you Banfield TEAM WILLIAMS FAMILY (BELLA)

Been a loyal Banfield member for almost 7 years and gone to five different locations since then. This location is by far the worst. Don’t waste your time - go to the Utica location. Since I’ve been visiting this location, they aren’t very customer service driven and I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes after a schedule appointment to been seen on a routine visit.

Dr. Weaver is wonderful, she genuinely cares about your pet. I transferred services here last year from the chesterfield location & I am very happy I did.

We took our cat to get looked at because he was pawing at his ear, so we were concerned he got something in it or possibly an infection we had to go to Banfield because his normal vet was closed. The first response from the vet was you know due to his age there is probably issues. So after the attempts to sell the Wellness package we were talked into blood work, and several other tests. $500.00 for the visit and tests, and we were told he had Kidney disease and that basically there was nothing that could be done for him. They prescribed antibiotic for his ear, Epakitin powder for his creatine levels that were supposedly too high. Our cat has never had any issues and is perfectly healthy. This visit was approximately one month before Christmas, the vet basically told us to prepare for his end of life, our Christmas was ruined, we spent $500.00 for a bottle of Epakitin incorrect blood work results and a Veterinarian who is obviously more interested in overcharging customers then providing a proper diagnosis of their pets. After a ruined holiday, we were able to get him into his normal vet, we had the full bloodwork done, they sent it out to a lab and a couple days later we received news that the diagnosis from the Banfield vet was wrong, his Creatine levels were all in range, his bloodwork and urine were all in range, and as far as they were concerned we had a perfect cat. We had to suffer through the holidays thinking this member of our family for the last 16 years was not going to be around, I am glad he proved her wrong and will be around for a long time to come. I hope this review helps with other pet owners to find a veterinarian that cares more about the pets than selling unneeded plans, specialty diet foods and causing pet owners unnecessary worrying.
