My cat injured his leg a week ago and we were told to wait almost 3 weeks in order to get an xray from our local vet. We then decided to come here and I've never met such a helpful and kind practise. The receptionist greeted as quickly and efficiently, the vet saw us on time and gave our cat the xray straight away. She made a great effort to make sure we can take him back home with us the same day rather than wait overnight. I called again today for further steps and again had a lovely receptionist over the phone. Would highly recommend, thank you for taking care of my cat, very grateful for this service and practise.

Amazing vets with even better staff! Nancy is a highlight, my dog loves her and sees the vets as a treat because of this. Had surgery there and both my dog and I felt completely safe and at ease.

Both my cats have spent a few days here recently and the standard of care, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is wonderful. They clearly care very much about the animals they treat and genuinely engage with them and their owners. I love the 2 separate waiting areas for Dogs and Cats/Small Furrys.

One star is too mucha, its a shame you can't give zero. Since its been tken over by Medi vet the Clerkenwell Animal hosptial has the worse serivce ive ever experinced. The issue too many vets coming an going, that you can not build a relatipship with them about your pet. It all seems about getting as much onot your bill using their prefiered drugs to hit the targets..... I have now removed my dog from this vet after 15 years of being with the practice.... Its not just this Medi Vet I used the one in Woodstock in Oxfordshire and the same dreadful service.
