In an emergency, we took our toy poodle to Zasman just before closing. They are truly amazing, so helpful, kind and even stayed late to help us out! We love Zasman and the gentle, kind and super smart staff, nurses and doctors.

What would I do without these girls? Amazing caring team, always there to listen to the many stories I have to tell about my pet rats and also there to hug you when crying. The team is the absolute best at looking after my boys, all my pet rats have been neutered and treated there, they are absolutely amazing at what they do. Wouldn't dream going anywhere else. Lots of love girls! x

Expensive and average vets that didn't pick up that my dog had a torn tendon in her leg for nearly a year. The pet health plan that they offer is also a bit of a con as you only save because everything is at least £5-10 more expensive than other local vets and you have to buy your food there to get the 41% savings they advertise, my fault though for not researching better and watch out what you sign as there could be charges on it that they didn't verbally tell you! I don't mind paying extra for extra good care, but you don't receive it here.

I have two Cocker Spaniels who absolutely LOVE going to the vet! The team in Hampstead are kind, caring, helpful and extremely knowledgable, making informed decisions and choices regarding all aspects of the health care for my dogs. It is really transparent that they have a huge love in their hearts for the animals they care for. We have developed a relationship of great trust over the many years we have been coming here and I would highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone who cherishes their pet!
