Unpleasant experience regarding costumer service makes me want to give them 1 star. I missed a vaccine shot for my cat and I was told by the vet they would give it for free next time. When I said that before paying the time afterwards I was treated like a thief that was trying to take advantage of them, which I would never do. Even though in my experience the vets are good, I will never forget this.

Straightforward and honest vet. Sadly downsized to 3 star as the female Receptionist offered a mediocre customer service.

The staff and vets at Westside Vets are so caring and knowledgeable - it is incredibly comforting, especially with a sick pet. They treated my little kitty with so much compassion, and truly held my hand through his difficult illness. I can't say enough positive things about how I have been treated. I am truly touched by the personal effort made, especially by the amazing administrator Emma and Yuri the vet.

Originally I gave this veterinary practice five stars because they managed to handle my Jack Russell well, despite the fact that he can be difficult, as a rescued dog. I now have had to review my rating, because the last time I went he did not have the treatment he required because of difficulties with him. Now I am in the position of having to find alternative solutions to overcome his fear of vets.

We have been with Rory and Westside vets practice for nearly 40 years and even though we moved 8 miles away .We still travel there for treatment for our pets Because we have never found anyone else that as friendly and compassionate as them.Vets who love pets.
