Best vet I've ever taken my cat to! All staff is so caring and welcoming! I'm 100% certain that they will always provide the best possible care to all pets who visit them!

Brought my kitten Bella here who was very unwell, we had brought her to another vet who had not done much to help her. However Jo and the team were amazing. They kept Bella in for a few nights and nursed her back to health. And now we have a vibrant, active little kitten again. Jo was reassuring and so kind. Can't thank Jo and her team enough.

We brought our beloved Golden Retriever Jazz to Joanne Cordon shortly after she took over the reigns at Village Vet. Ben Shorten, her predecessor was a wonderful and gentle soul who we'd known for years. We noticed Jazz had been slowing down and brought her in for tests. It was clear from the beginning that her symptoms were worrying. Joanne was so kind and gentle, patiently explaining what it meant and our options providing equal doses of compassion and practical advice. She helped us nurse Jazz through her illness and was with us to the end. It is hard to put into words all the small gestures that she provided to Jazz and to us. Even now, many months later we still grieve but we do so knowing that Jazz passed in our arms and surrounded by love. Joanne - you are a gifted person and we will always be grateful for your knowledge, understanding and compassion. When we are ready for another dog to join our lives there is no doubt Village Vet will be part of that journey.

I was really impressed with the care given to my cat at Village Vet in Kensal Green. The Vet was very caring in her approach. She ensured that my cat was as relaxed as possible (under the circumstances!) before carrying out her examination. Throughout the examination, the Vet gave me comprehensive medical explanations and advice. I would recommend this Vet Practice without hesitation.

Went there today with my cat who has a skin complaint and left 20 mins later feeling as if I had been mugged. So overcharged (£255 all told) and really none the wiser at the end of it. I think if Village Vets are going to take skin scrapes and do lab work they should spell out the charges in advance and give you informed options and choices but I was not told any of this. In 20 mins I was charged for two lots of steroids, antibiotics and the lab work and I still don't know if my healthy cat just rolled in some muck and should have had an antibacterial shampoo at home. It is a shame really as I am now reluctant to take the cat to the vet again and will most likely just manage things like this myself. I certainly won't be going back to Village Vets Kensal Green.
