I am extremely happy with the service provided by all staff at Medivet Dalston. I have been to a lot of vets in both Australia and the UK as I have always had a lot of animals. I consider the level of care provided by the team at Medivet Dalston to be of a high standard, and the price is very reasonable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this practice.

One month ago I took my cat to check up on his diabetes – a totally standard, semi-annual visit. I followed up one week later by phone and was told that I would receive a phone call back. I missed the call by less than a minute and called back straight away. No answer. I called again and it was the same thing, I was told I would get a call back. No call. I then called back again two weeks later to get the results and was treated very rudely by the staff saying the vet is too busy. This isn't the first time I've gone to get my cat tested without ever hearing the results. I find this very frustrating as I'm paying for these tests and am getting inconclusive treatment in return. I just want to know if my cat is okay.

Very friendly and helpful team. It’s a shame it’s not 24hrs anymore as I miss having that piece of mind on my doorstep

I am really upset and disappointed about the service of Medivet Dalston. They are burglars ! They abuse the trust of the people scared and worried about their pet's health ! My brother was looking after my dog while I was on holiday abroad. One morning my dog vomited. My brother, who doesn't have a dog, got scared and panicked and brought my dog to medivet Dalston. They took the dog in observation for 4 hours, gave him some IV drops... and charged my brother £400 !!!!!!! My dog didn't have anything ! It is normal for a dog to vomit time to time ! Instead of checking if my dog was ok and to give the right advises to my brother , they took advantage of the situation , he was clueless and was scared for my dog !!! My dog didn't understand what was happening and was frightened. Don't go to this vet, they are not taking care of animals but only think about money.

I found the staff at Medivet very friendly and welcoming. I felt very happy to bring my pet cat to get vaccinated and will definitely be using them in the future
