This review is well overdue but where do I start? My Husky, Bane, was hit by a car while chasing after a deer. He suffered broken bones on the his right front foreleg. Unfortunately, this happened on a Saturday and most places here in Buffalo were either closed or too full to attend him in his time of need. On top of that the only two hospitals that were able to see him were asking upwards of $15k for the surgery. I was extremely lucky to find Upper Canada Animal hospital. They were able to see him the next day! The staff there were amazing, very attentive and caring. Plus Dr. Jim Turpel was equally great. They fixed my boy up at half the price these other hospitals were asking and I couldn’t be happier. My boy today is at 100% thanks to the staff at UCAH. I would highly recommended anyone that loves their pet enough to come here and let the staff do what they do best. My family & I would forever have them in our hearts.

When I lost my previous vet of 33 years I had to search for a new vet for my lab. She needed surgery. Her one toenail had to be taken off, there was a lump also. This was during Covid and the people were wonderful. The Doctor actually came out to my car to show me the X-ray and explain what needed to be done. His staff are always friendly and Callie knows were all the treats are. They treat her with love. If anyone needs a new vet I recommend this warm friendly office, they truly care. ❤️🐕‍🦺🥳

Absolutely, the best experience for our 2 Boys! Dr. Jim & Dr. Mark love & care about every furbaby that comes through their door! Even Tate, the shaky bag of nerves chilled with everyone at the clinic. While Hudson insists on socializing with everyone!

My one year old pup had to have his leg amputated. All the staff at the upper Canada animal hospital were absolutely amazing! They texted to check in on my pup once he was home and answered all of my questions promptly. My pup recently had his two week checkup and I thought he would be afraid to go … but no he pranced in with a huge smile and was happy to see everyone.the staff at this hospital are filled with compassion and care and thanks to them my pup is on his way to recovery.
