We brought our Airedale and he was perfectly groomed. It helped that the owner has had Airedales and she had groomed Airedales that came the same breeder as ours.

They were absolutely amazing with my cat! I'm sure a lot of cat owners, like myself, feel anxious about having their cat groomed. You want to make sure your special guy is treated right but you also don't want him to claw someone half to death. They were conveniently able to book me in very quickly and I was shocked that the price was so reasonable compared to other groomers I had called. Staff was kind when we arrived and very gentle with my cat. No judgement about mats or messy bums and they didn't take off more fur than required. In just over an hour I brought home a clean and happy cat. Will definitely add regular visits to our pet care routine.

Amazing cat grooming service! They saw us quickly without an appointment, and we were on our way in maybe 15 min, despite the fact that they were very busy. The groomers are warm and friendly. My cat stayed perfectly calm despite there being 3 dogs in the room - a testament to their skill and professionalism. I will definitely be back! Bonus: elles parlent français :)

Absolutely delightful staff. I came in from out of town and needed to wash my dog. I asked for just a bit or shampoo ( a very peculiar request). They gave it to me with out hesitation!! I could see the dogs being groomed were relaxed and beautifully cut. They also answered a few questions I had about my puppy’s coat. If I move to Ottawa I will definently be coming here for my dogs grooming !!
