Stopped in because I wanted some cat treats, and was curious about a brand of cat food, and I was given 3 samples of different flavours to try. It was so kind! I also picked up a cat surprise bag (my cat wasn't too interested in the picks of the day) but it's a great idea and I can't wait to grab another one!

The ladies in the store are wonderful and are very helpful. I had one appointment in store and it was quick and my dog, Neo, came out smelling fresh. The same about the gentleman with the mobile spa. He was quick and kind. He did seem like he was a little scared of dogs when he met my dogs, but afterwards everything went great! Thank you!

I just had my 3 dogs groomed by their mobile service and the groomer was absolutely wonderful. My older dog Mr Mop was getting restless and had issues with the hair dryer so they suggested that we let him have a break and bring him into the shop the following week which we did to finish his cut. Our groomer also gave us suggestions on how to maintain them, proper brushing, nail trimming ect. The dogs nails were very long yet the groomer didn't shame us for it just gave us advice on how to keep them short and how to find the quick. We will be using their services again. Thank you folks again for a great experience

They did an amazing job cleaning up my Beau! From rags to riches! He smells so good too (wonder what the scent is that they use) My biggest recommendation if you are a first time client, bring your dog to them first to have them tell you what they will charge you, though fair their rates for pricing may be subjective based on who is quoting, this seemed apparent when I went to pay, The lady behind the desk was super friendly and polite, and the woman who cleaned my dog was awesome too.

I phoned to get my Persian cat get a lion cut via their mobile service. They offered me an April appointment. The next day I was told there was a cancellation a few days later. It was for Wednesday at 3 p.m. By 4:45 I was a bit irritated they hadn't shown up, nor phoned to tell me they would be late. I phoned and left a message on their answering machine asking for a call back. By 6 p.m. they still had not shown up or called to let me know why. I did not hear from them until 9:45 a.m. to say that because they had a "staffing problem," they were not opened for business on the day I had an appointment with them. I am extremely disappointed at Purrdy Paws's professionalism and customer care. At the very least, I should have been called to let me know they were not coming!
