Took my Malshi in for an infected eye. The front staff was very friendly and they took her an hour and a half after I called! The vet was accommodating and friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me how to properly administer drops because I explained I was having trouble doing so.

Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable. The staff there are super nice. Other vets had complained that because of the size of my dog, they couldn’t do an X-ray. My dog has been limping for months and no one could figure out what was wrong with him. Dr. Singh and his assistant, on the first visit, got my dog up on a table, X-ray done, with no complaints. They took their time with us to explain everything. The place is very accessible and there is enough parking

Our cat (senior) appeared to have been misdiagnosed previously somewhere else and now, with the correct diagnosis and medication, he is now eating, drinking, happy and is on the mend. Such a relief!!! The staff there are kind and understanding. Appointment was booked easily and quickly and their prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Dr Singh saved my pups life after he decided to swallow some fabric which got stuck in his stomach. The team was caring and thorough and walked us through all our options, and kept us well informed as to my dog's progress. General plusses for this practice are: Reasonable cost, they don't seem to do unnecessary work that would increase the bill (e.g. he let me have my pup home for the night and take it back first thing in the morning) and appointments readily available.

The team at birch Dan is amazing. I brought my girlfriends cat Mochi he’s mine now in about a year and half maybe two years ago he had ate a needle and was pretty much close to death I tried several different veterinary clinics and animal hospitals in Scarborough and east York and they all quoted me over 6000$ to operate on him which was totally out of my budget one even threatened to call the cops on me for animal abuse because I was not able to pay that much which is crazy because the lack of empathy they had for me and my dieing cat was nuts I would never go back to these places. for 2-3 days kept trying to find anyone that would help me for a reasonable price and at all of these places they still couldn’t promise me that Mochi would survive and also they wouldn’t even let me in with him because of the pandemic rules which I thought was ridiculous so on the third day I knew I had to help Mochi get his surgery or he would most likely have to be put down and I found birch Dan animal clinic they were his angels and they saved him also did the surgery for a fifth of what the other clinics which I tried pretty much everyone of them when they did the X-rays they found the needle and pulled it out it had migrated from his stomach to his leg and was causing necrosis of the tissue which was killing him also he was not able to poop. After about a week in the clinic I brought Mochi home and he’s been amazing ever since. I highly recommend bringing. Your animal here they are very professional kind and understanding and I don’t know what would’ve happened with Mochi without them. Thank you again.
