My 1.5 year old dog was having some issues so I took it over to see Dr Sun. She was really nice and thoroughly checked on our dog. The service was great and the cost was affordable compared to other emergency clinics. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Sun.

Thank you so much to Dr. Sun for taking care of my precious pug!! The staff was fantastic. They were great in explaining options to check out this weird lump on my pug's paw to fit him in to get that sorted real quick. Anyway, turned out to be a callus of sorts, and got removed, and now pug back to his jaunty self!

WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!! They were so good to my dog and so straightforward, I appreciated that. I came to check out the new ownership because I saw some new posters and such, so thought I'll take my dog here for a check up to see. And they turn out be great! Good job on the refresh!

This place only cares about the almighty dollar. They could care less about animals unless there is an owner with money falling out of their pockets attached to the other end of the leash or holding the cage. If your pet was DYING and you didn't have enough cash for their rip off, overpriced procedures (they even charge almost $300 to put a suffering animal to sleep) they will shrug and say "awe too bad" LITERALLY, and show you the door. Not one person in that place works there because they actually CARE about helping sick/injured/suffering animals. Any other veterinarian in Toronto would be preferable. I'm not going to add to the litany of horror stories already on here, I will just leave you with the warning. There is an amazing vet up the street that has reasonable prices and nicer staff - Beaches-Fallingbrook Veterinary Clinic. Not 1 bad review of them on this platform. Check them out. I am so relieved to find them after the horrible treatment at this place. And if you notice their response to bad reviews, they ALWAYS say to the person "We couldn't find your name in our files". So they refuse to take responsibility for their bad service by trying to say the person was never there and the victim's review is fake. WOW! GOODBYE VETS TORONTO-KINGSTON RD. ANIMAL HOSPITAL I wish I could give you 0 stars.

Thank you to Leslie, Dr. Delgado and everyone else at the clinic for seeing us on such short notice. They allowed my childhood dog to leave this world with dignity and peace.
