We have had our pit come here since he was 5 weeks old, all was well until about two years later our pit gets an ear infection. It’s been over a year and over a thousand dollars and his ear is worse. Every time we ask questions on why nothing is working their answer is “ we are doing the best we can”. They never call back, I feel like they do not like my pit at all, he is a baby with anyone who is good to him .Our pit’s ear is not the same, not better ,it is worse, on top of that he is scared to death going in there, we are very concerned because if he is given sedatives where he can’t feel a thing that only makes me wonder how he is being treated. After my husband questioned them on their services they tell my husband that they were hurt by our pit twice already. None of this was brought to our attention until my husband started questioning them. We have a muzzle on our dog at all times while we are there, then they sedate him in front of us and we see them carry him away not able to move, they kept him there for about 4-5 hours and when I went to pick him up he was hysterical. Every time we brought him home he cried all night, our pit loves people, but he acted like he was being hurt. We took him to another vet last Friday and he was so scared that he tried to fight his way not to get his ear touched, after this new vet sedated him, he carried him back cleaned his ear, put medicine in it and brought him out right away while he was still out. All it took was an hour and a half and it was all done, our pit woke up with us by his side , we take him home, he didn’t cry all night in fact he didn’t cry at all and his ear is already looking a lot better. I will be cancelling our membership at Bansfield, I feel like we have been charged over $50 a month for our dog to live with an ear infection on top of paying them over $1000 on ear services that failed. Good bye Bansfield!

A vet visit can be very stressful for pups, but Blu and I know our friends here will take care of us and make it as easy as they can on him. Thanks so much for all your hard work, love and care.

Ughhh! I had really bad experience with this place. With our experience you didn’t have the same vet, every appointment it’s a different vett that checks your pet. Half of the vets you can’t understand. They tell you to give your pet vaccines or treatments that they don’t need.
