Dr. Dan V and the staff at this facility were extremely compassionate throughout our experience. Euthanasia was the best choice for my cat TC who was roughly 24 years old. The staff was so kind throughout the process. The facility is clean and they even have a private room allowing you as much time to process the loss of your beloved pet. They educate you on options and do not pressure you on choices. I would recommend this facility not only for emergency care but for routine care as well!

My husband and I took our dog to Advanced Animal Emergency. The prognosis was shocking and our worst nightmare. However, the doctor and staff could not have been more caring and compassionate. Our very large family overfilled the room and hall. We were not pushed or rushed and were allowed to process and say goodbye to our beloved Bear, aka "BDB", at our pace. Thank you staff for your empathy.

We took our 5lb Yorkie in on Christmas Eve after a dog came into our home and attacked our sweet little Bear. He was in very rough shape and needed surgery. The staff was so wonderful and helpful and they took such great care of our Bear. The doctor who did the surgery was amazing and made us feel at ease, while still being transparent with the risks. Several days later Bear came home to our family, needing intensive care. They have been so helpful if we have questions or needed to bring Bear back for various reasons. If it weren’t for Advanced Animal Emergency our little Bear would not be here today. Thank you for all that you do to keep our furry family members with their families.

This place is the most inhumane money grab I’ve ever encountered. It’s a Saturday afternoon and my kitty is actively dying and suffering greatly. I had previously made an appt for that Monday morning at my regular vet to have her euthanized to end her suffering. But she took a very bad turn for the worse over the weekend and I couldn’t stand to see her suffer like she was. I called this vet and spoke with the receptionist and explained our situation. She told me to bring the kitty in and they would take her in through the back door and that they would start an iv and compassionately euthanize her. She mentioned an exam but I told her no to that as it was clearly evident that my kitty was dying. I just wanted to end the suffering. So my little girl and I said goodbye to our dying kitty which was excruciating to say the least… and my husband brought her in. But when he got there it was an entirely different situation. They insisted that my kitty have an exam and testing by the Dr which was hundreds of dollars and a couple hour wait. You could plainly see that this kitty was dying as she was emaciated… literally skin and bones. She was unable to eat for days prior and could barely walk… literally staggering and falling over when she tried to move around. The fact that these people sent my kitty back home to suffer because we couldn’t shell out hundreds of dollars in unnecessary testing is disgusting. And now my little girl has to go through the trauma of watching her kitty suffer through the rest of the weekend and go through the agony of saying goodbye AGAIN when my regular vet euthanizes her on Monday morning. I’m distraught, as is my entire family. Be warned… this place is nothing but a money grab with zero compassion for a suffering animal. If you’re looking for compassionate care you won’t get it here.

I rushed my dog here this morning at the referral of my regular vet. I must have dropped a pill, and she ate it. This vet did not run unnecessary tests and did not charge astronomical fees. They were compassionate and kind. Good with my dog. My dog is doing much better. I would recommend them to anyone.
