These people genuinely love your animals. I've been taking my cat there and she comes back perfect. They are pleasant, organized, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Five stars plus!!

Not happy with the grooming once I was able to really take a look at it at home - her fur was cut unevenly around her head and face and her ears were not tapered like our previous groomer has done. When I was asked about her previous grooming I was told more than once that she could not understand how she was possibly done in the hour long time frame yet I was texted that my dog was ready appx 2 hours after I dropped her off and there was 1 dog that arrived just as we did and was in front of us. I politely made conversation with the owner while trying to digest what she was saying both at drop off and pick up - at drop off she asked if I had considered that my dog may have tapeworm because she was, in her opinion, too skinny. I take our dog to the vet on a regular basis and not once has he voiced any concern about her weight. At pick up I was told that she was the loudest whiner they had ever had and that because she still sounded like a puppy whining (she is appx 18 months old) they let her out to play with another dog they had waiting to be picked up. Our dog is crate trained and while she may whine when initially put in the crate she does settle down and even if she didn’t I can’t imagine that she was that much louder than any dog that they’ve ever had to make it into such a big deal. Maybe cats are their specialty since they dedicate a few days a week to only cats - they should stick to that as I could see another dog being groomed the same way ours was and the woman grooming the other dog seemed more interested in what the owner was saying to us than in paying attention to the dog she was giving the same uneven haircut as the one our dog received. Disappointed and will not be going back.

Groomers were kind and caring. Our long haired cat came home looking handsome without being traumatized. So grateful.

These gals are the best! Our long haired cat Lily needs to be shaved every few months and we have had some bad experiences with other groomers, but at Paws and Claws, our Lily is actually happy to be there! Their work is second to none and they are obviously huge animal lovers. Don't hesitate to take your beloved pets here. You won't be disappointed!

My Himmy, Ollie, comes home just beautiful from his grooming. The ladies are so kind and gentle with him. Love how nicely they groom and Ollie always looks wonderful. Thank you ladies until next time.
