The care that all the staff provide here is PHENOMENAL! They all have a love for animals and it shows. The prices are very affordable and I will not take my animals anywhere else!

After our 11 week old corgi puppy became suddenly ill, we were pressed to find a vet to take him to so late on a Saturday. I am so thankful to have found this clinic! The staff was so kind to us, and our pup. Dr.Al took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on (even going as far as to draw a picture), as well as explain all of our treatment options. The techs who helped were so gentle and kind to our little guy. They really impressed me, and helped calm me during a very emotional time. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs quality care for their furry family members!

This place killed my cat, I brought him in for a wellness exam because he had lost 4 pounds in the last 2 months. I told them this and they told me it as no alarm what so ever he was in great health. They insisted on giving him rabies and distemper shots, even though i have had him for over 5 years without any - and told them I don't want it. The vet tech seemed annoyed by any questions and concerns I had prior to the vet coming to check him over. The vet carelessly checked my cat on his stomach and neck, and that was it; then grabbed the shots. He did not even check his ears or teeth. I had to ask them to check his teeth because he has overly smelly breath and I was concerned. After he finally did, he said he needed a cleaning and he was in good health. He then gave him the shots, which I still DID NOT WANT. I asked if there are any side effects I need to be concerned with, he just said soreness for about a day after. I brought him home, and it seemed as if he was limping really bad, 2 days later he completely lost all ability to walk. His front paws seemed to be unable to move at all and he frequently toppled over. I then called them asking what in the world is happening, and they told me to come pay for a 're-check-up' and give it another day or 2. He was in confused misery, not knowing why he could not walk or even pee by himself, I had to carry him everywhere he needed to go. I waited and around 3 in the morning he woke screaming in pain. I rushed him to the emergency vet where they did extensive tests which cost me 700 dollars I don't have. He came back with microcardia. They shot live active rabies into a sick cat with microcardia (a smaller heart). We brought him home after he seemed to be getting a bit better, only for him to - 8 hours later - have a violent seizure, we rushed him back in and it was too late. He died on arrival. We called other vets and did a lot of research, and it all stems down to the shots they should have NEVER gave him without knowing FOR SURE if he was sick or not. I told them something was wrong with him, and they just shut me down. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! This place is horrific, most of these reviews seem fake. DO NOT BRING YOU LOVED ONES HERE, they do not care for them - only for money. They wanted us in and out. This vet did nothing to ensure he was healthy, not even a proper wellness check up. They should lose their license!!!! I lost a piece of my heart I will never get back due to their negligence and ignorance. I WISH I NEVER brought my baby here!!!! This is one of the biggest regrets of my life, and resulted in the death of the sweetest, most loving, trusting boy I ever had or met. My heart is utterly shattered..

Most of the staff is friendly, some could be more pleasant. They have always taken good care of my animals.

EDIT** in response to the reply below, this is not a fake account, google didn't tell you anything since my name is literally attached to this review and all it takes is looking back to see I was a former employee so don't try to discredit the account to further your lies. Gwen Colby and Nichole Holsing are both former employees of yours and at the time of their review were employed. You told all the girls to counter the terrible reviews you deservingly received by putting fake 5 star reviews out, which some of the girls even lied in their review about the simplest things like Nichole lied about living down the street when she's lived in Taylor her whole life since I've been friends with her since 10th grade. So save the BS, if I was smarter back then I would have taken videos of what actually goes on there and your whole practice would have been cancelled. I hope for the animals sake the doctors have developed a tolerance and patience for them but if not then everyone reading this needs to heed this warning and not go there. ** Terrible place. Majority of these reviews are fake as they are employees of this nightmare of a place making fake accounts and stupidly using their own names in said reviews. Don't trust them with your animals, all they care about is money and nothing else. The inexpensive prices speak for the quality of the place-very very low. Spend the extra $20 and take your babies to a place that actually cares and won't neglect them.
