The staff here are always so nice, gentle, and friendly. The store area is always clean. The vets truly care for your animals and are thorough in explaining illnesses and care options. I'm glad we've found a place to help us with our elder cat.

I had a disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic. My dog had an ear infection, and despite expressing my concerns about his kidney stones and preference for a liquid eardrop treatment, the doctor insisted on prescribing pill medication meant for dogs. When I called back within less than a month to voice my discomfort with the pills and sensitivity of my dog's kidney stones, I was informed that the veterinarian I had seen no longer worked there. They required me to pay ANOTHER $115 consultation fee to see a different doctor due to lack of confidence in the previous veterinarian's treatment plan. They claim; it’s not from lack of confidence but are worried it gotten worse. I had informed them it hasn’t gotten worse but rather stayed the same and I know it’s seasonal allergies. We know the liquid drops works and we just use it seasonally. This lack of continuity and consideration for my dog's specific needs left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their services. This liquid antibiotic has been previous prescribed due to it being seasonal allergies & we needed a refill. Instead of them understanding that us paying another 115$ when they can view the previous vets notes & simple change the formate from pill to liquid they refused. It’s not fair that we expressed our dogs discomfort from pills and we rather liquid and the doctor refused… completely not listening to what we and our dog wants/feels comfortable with. The new potential vet didn’t take that into consideration when we said he didn’t listen to what we know works best for our dog. Instead they insisted another evaluation. Just frankly seems like a money grab. I found another clinic that charges way less than 115$ consult. Do your research and find another place that offers less and has more flexibility and understanding.

I’ve brought my cat for check ups, emergencies, spaying etc and I’m never disappointed with the care. The staff is truly amazing! They’re always so friendly, helpful and attentive!

We kept having to bring my dog back to the clinic because his eye was constantly getting infected. All they would do is prescribe some drops and then we would leave. After the fourth time, we went to a veterinarian hospital and they told us our dog needed surgery as soon as possible because he could go blind in one eye. The surgery cost my family 3000$. They told us if the vets had properly prescribed his problem early on, his eye could have healed relatively quickly. Instead, he had to wear a cone for over a month and we had to administer 7 different types of eye drops several times a day. Thankfully, he has fully recovered.
