So pleased with our experience! We’re from Ottawa and we we’re referred to this vet for a specialist to do my dogs knee surgery. Dr. Gatineau is the one that performed the surgery almost 2 weeks ago and I was so impressed with the stitching and that I was easily able to help my dog get around and he’s recovering so well so far. They took great care of my pup. The team is also amazing, great communication and I never felt once I had to re-explain myself to any of the staff, everyone is friendly and I can’t thank you all enough for this. Keep at it DMV team! :)

Horrible , greedy, worse than car sellers. Extremely cold and rushed vet, completely terrible experience.Went with my 4 year old Hunter German Shepherd with swollen lymph nodes. Did at the test blood works payed 1400 $ for a 3 hour visit. Gave cortisone pills for a week and while waiting for results , the said i cant stop the pills suddenly but when i called for a pill renewal they said i need to come back for an evaluation to see if everything is ok, so gotta come wait hours and pay again a consultation fee for a 5 min examination to get pills again. Worse experience ever, i dont know how vets arent regulated. Should be closed down, they charge more than human health care. DO NOT GO THERE. This is the biggest proof that health care is just a pure money scam.

The vets are kind and competent, but the corporation owning this place is so greedy, charging many thousands of dollars to have your pet simply hooked up to IV medicines for a few days. Disgusting. Also the place is understaffed and they can't even keep the bathroom clean.

I brought my dog in for an eye injury and was impressed with the quality of care. The wait time was minimal (about 40min) and they let me go into the consult room with him (unlike lots of other vets). The technician was also great at explaining the treatment plan in detail. Although the prices are high, I found the quality of care to be great.

I brought my 16 year old dog in here on Monday. She was very sick. I waited 6 hours before being seen by a vet. I was patient and understanding. The vet, Dre Roy, suggested a series of expensive tests. I said I preferred to have her blood work done before committing to more because she is so old and has already had cancer treatments, I didn’t want to put her through more. The vet said she would call me the following evening to take me through the results. It is now Thursday at 10am and I have no news. I reached out via the app and tried calling (impossible to get someone on the phone). I was charged more than $800 to get no information, wait 6 hours, then another 2 while the tests were being done. The pain meds I was sent home with made her extremely ill. I am a lifelong pet owner and am filled with empathy for the hard work vets have to do. I adore my dog and try to make the best decisions on her behalf and I am prepared to make even the most difficult ones. I say this because I have read the comments and the response is often accusing people who are dissatisfied with the service as being ‘upset’ about their ‘furry companions’. I want answers, I paid money to get them and I don’t want to be patronized. Shame on this predatory business.
