Dr. Labelle is both great wiuth animals and their humans. Tells you exactly what things are, does not try to make money on your back by doing extra tests.

Dr. Belair is excellent however I must agree with some other reviews that Dr. Labelle talks extremely loud. I have dealt with her as well and had to ask her to lower her voice when I went there with my rescue. It is important to choose a vet that shows compassion and is not only gentle but thorough in examinations. That said, I think Dr. Belair is one of the best vets out there and will be dealing with him going forward.

Couldn't help but feel that I was being taken advantage of. At one point the vet said she would have to charge me another $75.00 to hold my dog down to administer ear medicine. Another vet came in afterwards and said the $75.00 wouldn't be necessary. Took my dog there for close to 2 years for the same thing, spent ALOT of money there and they couldn't find what was wrong with my dog but kept charging me $250.00 every 2 months or so whenever his symptoms use to come back. Asked the vet " shouldnt you have an idea of what is causing my dog to get sick at this point" her response was "Well the dog cant speak to me". Go anywhere else!!! it cant be worse than this place.

The vet and staff are amazing! Been going there for over a year now.

I took my new rescue cat to this clinic and was assigned to Dr. Heather Labelle. It was such a bad experience. This Vet talks extremely loud (almost yelling) and was very abrasive and rough with the animal. The exam was at a bare minimum. And, she barely answered my questions, with a word or two. I got out of there confused and saddened. When picking a vet, I want someone who knows how to gently handle a pet and show compassion for both the pet and the owner. I had to take my cat to another Vet clinic as I was extremely dissatisfied with my initial experience.
