Unprofessional and negligent! I called to ask for an emergency consultation for my 1 year old family dog with a skin infection. The secretary took all my info and told me the vet will call me back. No calls so I called back later that day and she had no clue what I was talking about, no note anywhere, didn't save the info. She took my info again and told me the vet would call. This time I get a call from a very attentive vet who tells me the dog needs to be seen asap and gives me an appointment the next day with an other vet as she does not work on weekends. So the next day a family member brings our dog only to be told there's no appointment registered for our dog and to leave as the clinic is fully booked. At the same time I get a call from the SAME secretary asking me where our dog is as they're waiting for him at the clinic (where he currently is being told to leave)!!? They are very confused and obviously disorganized. In the end someone briefly "checks" the dog (because my father insisted) and tells us it's nothing and to go home. We took him to our regular clinic and he indeed has an infection and is currently being taking care of by actual professionals thank god.... Borderline the vet I talked to on the phone was nice and knowledgeable but they need serious help organizing their clinic as they are being negligent, it could have serious consequences! Not coming back for sure and will file a complaint!

The Cote St-Luc Animal hospital was fantastic when our dog Brownie got sick in the month of January. It’s because of their great care and attention that he is alive and well today. He wasn’t supposed to survive but he did because of his determination to live and the outstanding care that he got from the vets and technicians. The office staff were sweet, understanding and accommodating. Thank you so much, from the DeAngelis family .

Very friendly staff, they explain all the procedures to you in advance and make you feel at ease for leaving your pet in their care. They are also extremely careful and work very efficiently, I would recommend this place for any pet owners!

Just recently had put my dog Buddy down. My dog had alot of problems over the years but the vets looked at every solution to help him. I'm indebted for their advice and care over the years. I would fully recommended this place for caring for your furry friends.
