I've been with them for 3 years because of how close it was situated to my home. But every time I went, the vet will always try to sell me their products and I declined politely (saying that I was an unemployed student which mean no money) and he would immediately be super cold. He would also not answer my questions about my cat or give me really vague answers... Even before selling me stuff, he is really rude and would start judging me on how I raise my cat (sometimes he has good points and I would ask for more details and he would once again give me really vague answers). I noticed that he was rude to his employers too. Maybe it's just his personality but its not acceptable! Another point: The general exam for my cat should include dental checks and not once did he checked my cats dentals (would ask him about it and he would answer that there is no need for my cat... Went to another vet and she checked it without me asking) Now, I would rather go a lot further to get my cat vaccines. But the lady on the front desk was super nice and friendly though.

The best vet in town. Very good service. Vet is honest and very professional. He gives good advices and sees your benefit before himself. My 3 cats have allways been very well treated over the years. I cannot believe that some people put bad comments for very futile reasons.

We had a very scary situation with my cat and she was very sick. I brought her to the vet and he discovered that she had a severe infection - life threatening!!! The doctor operated her right away and only charged me half the price that DMV quoted us. He is really the best Doctor in Montreal and he cares alot about all pets. We highly recommend him to you and your family. Thanks again Dr. and dont work too hard. :)

these guys tend to fold your invoice before giving it to you. once i open my invoice right in front of the docteur and found there two absolutely identical lines with the very same code for 40$ each. invoice was prepared and folded thoroughly by the docteur. i asked why this is doubled. o - this is a mistake. get your money back if you want. i payed there two bills for 687$ in total and did not get the diagnosis for my dog, coz what we've got in the blood test and on the x-rays still dont make a clear picture. instead , i was offered by that focteur to make an additional ultrasound at another clinic for 500$. so, watch their hands. I'm heading to another clinic, not where that kind docteur was telling me.

This clinic is filled with a lovely staff and an amazing doctor. Dr. Cherradi is very knowledgeable and cares about the wellbeing of your pets. If you have any concerns, this is the place to go. Just don't forget to smile :) !
