Not good changes prices. The vet tech reception is ask her five times how much no answer the vets change prices if American. Discrimination the dog bath face not done. They retrimmed toes not needed I was there one week prior. Since a vet did it 28.95$ apparently the vet did not trim nails properly. And ears cleaned in USA Banfield and vet checked week prior ok. Thisale vet stated dirty so the week prior she again was sloppy. Want all money back. If I pay should be done properly the first time. Not sloppy. The receptionist lady on phone 40 dollars changed day come in and I knew change game with vet tech female would not give price. Today. When customer asks means now. Not let make more money. The male vet said price different for nails then I said the price charged 29.95 last week. Ask for price list none. Prices made up. Last week I came in for check of skin with my certificate from usa air worthy and fifty pages of history they illegal charged money. Custo.mer states. This PrTrudeau. No price page. Checked. Nothing. All Americans foreigner not. Good. NOT GOOD. Face not done on dog for 50.00. Not good. Brought in my shampoo. So then if this skin condition does not clear. Law suit. On. Dr Kent and staff. Oh dr Kenya even stated last week forty dollfor. Shampoo at Vet. The staff needs. Retraining. In nail clipping ear and correct price si that price list can be seen. By staff and customers. Very friendly staff, clean, and great vets. They actually take the time to talk to you about your concerns. I never feel rushed out of there and each vet I've seen has been a true animal lover.
