Great veterinarians, the staff is friendly, they are flexible and will be able to accommodate you on short notice if need be for your animal. They genuinely cared about the well being of our dog which is more than I can say about some other vets... Genevieve Courchesne is very caring and professional. A+

Have been to this clinic many times and received ok treatment but the last visit was mediocre. The Vet asked if my dog was already on antibiotics, which he was, so she said she’d contact the other veterinary hospital to transfer his file to see what we’re dealing it. In the meantime, an assistant comes to explain to me what the recommended tests and antibiotics are. It seemed like a quick diagnostic, with irrelevant tests, which obviously was pretty expensive. I asked to speak to Vet again to discuss this “plan”. Vet comes back in exam room 20-25 minutes later and I proceed to asking her if she read my dog’s file to which she responded: “Je suis booké aux 15 minutes, pensez-vous que j’ai le temps de lire tous les dossiers que je reçois?” (I’m booked every 15 minutes, do you think I have to review every file I receive?) WHAT? It was so unprofessional and rude. Basically, she did not care about my dog’s health and just wanted to make quick money. Safe to say I will never return there nor refer anyone to the clinic. Very disappointing.

Amazing friendly staff. Got me in right away when my dog had to get ticks removed. So understanding and professional! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. I recently moved to Montreal and wanted to get my dog seen by a vet here. Prior to making the appointment, I checked their reviews out and visited the clinic to get a personal sense of the staff. Totally amazed by the customer service oriented team and the Vet that worked with me and my dog. Dr Geneviève Courchesne is so good. She read the files that I had sent from his Vets where we used to live. Did a very good exam and knew what vaccinations were due. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give them. Highly recommend this clinic and Vet to anyone. Thanks Vet+ Griffintown
