Puisque ma clinique habituelle était fermé, je suis rentré avec mon chien à L’ormière car j’étais certaine qu’il avait soit une toux ou quelque chose de pris dans la gorge, vidéo à l’appuie de ses symptômes bizarre. La vétérinaire me confirme qu’il a rien, elle ajoute même que si c’était son chien elle ne s’inquièterait pas. Je repars alors en me disant que c’est rien. Deux semaines plus tard, je me lève et mon chien vomit sans arrêt et respiration bizarre. Je me dirige à ma clinique habituelle en urgence et verdicte: une toux non traité qui c’est transformé en grave pneumonie. La pneumonie m’a coûté 600$ à traiter environ. J’ai peut être été mal chanceuse cette fois là, mais c’est assez pour que je n’y remette plus les pieds et je ne recommande pas.

C'est l'un des rares endroits à Québec avec une spécialité aviaire. On ne me le recommandait pas à cause du prix, mais j'ai tellement eut un bon service que cela vaut la peine. J'ai reçu un appel de la vétérinaire une fois par semaine jusqu'à ce que ma perruche soit de nouveau en santé. Les consultations en personnes et téléphoniques m'ont beaucoup aidé à m'adapter pour donner le meilleur soin possible à ma perruche.

Très bon service. Rien a dire de plus c'était numéro 1! Vous serez ma clinique vétérinaire pour tout mes animaux à l'avenir :)! Le personnel, j'ai vraiment rien a dire elles étaient toute à l'écoute.. L'attente n'étais vraiment pas longue et elle a valu la peine.. La patience qu'ils ont .. les animaux sont entre bonne main là-bas !! Vous ne regretterez pas :) j'ai vraiment aimer mon expérience a cette clinique vétérinaire pour mon furet. C'était wow vraiment y'a rien a améliorer ! Vous méritez bien 5 étoiles !!
