THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY VETERINARY HOSPITAL. Please don’t make the mistake I did and disregard any other comments saying this is ok for emergencies, have I known this, I wouldn’t have wasted time and my dog might still be with me. I cannot comment regarding any other services, since I went to another hospital for regular checkups, but wanted to save the time for anyone that might need this. However, the person who was in that day, kindly gave us the number for the emergency hospital where we went in the end. That I can say.

We bring our dog and cat here and the vets are responsive and attentive. They always make us feel welcome and treat our pets with lots of love and care. Would recommend them to anyone

There are 2 folds to this review which led me to modify my review and increase the rating. There's the service I received as a client, not being allowed in the building (1 star), and the care my girlfriend and her cat received as a patient (5 stars). Let's start with the most important part, the medical care given to our cat. My girlfriend was extremely satisfied with how well they treated the cat as well as the overall service and communication throughout the entire process. The cat is very nervous and aggressive with unknown strangers, yet the entire staff did a great job of making sure she receives the best possible care while dodging and parrying the pouncing and those sharp claws. Everyone survived, including the cat, great work everyone. The diagnostic was accurate and the treatment worked, with our cat being back to her normal self after a week on medication. As for the service I received as a "secondary" client; As of June 2021 with 75% of the population vaccinated, apparently we can go to a restaurant and in every store as a family, and even with people from 2 different addresses. But when your animal is sick and needs treatment, its only 1 person with the animal. Worst, they don’t tell you when you call for the appointment. I was greeted in the coldest possible way by the person at the front desk, who clearly, shouldn't be working with the public. Finger pointing towards the door: “No! Go wait outside”. I then had to wait 3 hours in the rain, knowing my girlfriend was extremely stressed inside.

I brought my 19 year old cat for an emergency check-up. They were very accommodating, professional and kind to my little guy. They took the time to thorough explain his health condition and sent me a follow-up email a few days later to see how he was doing. With clinics being so busy lately, I do appreciate their extended hours and will keep them in mind for future consultation with my other pets. Thanks for caring!

Brought my cat for the first time visit after a bad experience from her original vet office. My concern apart from a regular check up was her anxiety. The technician and the veterinarian, Dr Nantel, we’re great in both addressing my concerns and explaining options. They even provided me with treatment options and throughly explained them so I felt as though I had control over her health, too. Not to mention, they were very friendly and gentle with my cat. Beyond that, the receptionist was super accommodating and even called to offer an earlier appointment once it became available. Dr Nantel even came by as I was leaving in case I had any questions or concerns! Would absolutely recommend, truly appreciated everything they did. Thank you, guys!!
