Wish we could give more than 5 stars! We took a *very* unhappy, very fluffy and matted cat - who'd never been shaved before, and who is strictly an indoors kitty. The lady who helped us - I can't remember her name, but dark-haired, with glasses - was amazingly patient and gentle, while handling our struggling cat beautifully. No restraints, just holding her down with one hand or arm, and shaving with the other. We'd been dreading having this done, but we couldn't brush or cut our kitty's fur by ourselves any more. I won't say it was a fun-filled excursion, but the whole experience was about as good as it could be - for all of us, including our cat (who is *much* happier now, and who has mostly forgiven us). Felinus is a small, friendly, sort of place, and is cat-specific; a few toys and treats, a limited range of higher-quality food, some cat-grooming/allergy products - and super-nice, cat-loving people. We were charged $55 (and tipped $10) - and next time we're going at the beginning of the summer, so our poor little girl doesn't have to suffer for weeks beforehand.

It’s been our preferred place for our cat grooming. We have a very lovely but very angry kitty when it comes to quaterly grooming, they are the only place who can handle our cat after we’ve been black listed from all places in Toronto because my cat simply hates grooming. We drive all the way from Toronto to Montreal to have the grooming done at Felinus. They know how to work with the most delicate cases! Very kind and very quick service, painless and no trauma for my kitty. They do the job perfectly in 25 minutes and my cat even sort of likes it there now, very impressive!

For those who are concerned about leaving their cat with a stranger, they let you stay with your cat the entire time and you will see they do a great job. Caring, friendly people

This is a wonderful place to bring your cat for a nice trim. In my case my kitty was covered in soothe for a home fire we had. This place actually was able to wash my kitten without loss of limb or sight! Thank you much for your attention and care. He looks and feels much better. Merci.
