Please Walmart - if I wanted an exercise program and learn to handle stress program, I will sign up at other places for that. I have tolerated the poor service, long lines and other frustrations because you have lowest prices on things I want. But I finally am writing a review because of the latest episode. I saw a product on your website and called the store to see if it was in stock. You said yes. Went to store and after finally finding an employee, she looked at me like I had 3 heads and directed me across the store. Found another employee who at least tried to help me look for item. Directed me to another department - across the store. I went to customer service- stood in line - got employee who looked at me with annoyance and stated she had to find a department manager to help. After her being on the phone for over 10 minutes which turned out to be another customer she had on hold, she then tried manager. Waited a bit then I tried one more department - again to be pointed across the store. Gave up in disgust, but had 8 items to buy - 30 people in the line for 12 items or less and only 2 tills open. Looked at my app and discovered I had walked 3KM back and forth looking for something I never got.
